Job Description
Tecktribe Solutions is looking for Customer Service Executives for its Jhelum office. Key responsibilities include:
Handle live Chat on websites
Handle Customer Emails on a regular basis
Handle Live Customer Calls.
Resolve possible issues of customers
Must know how to handle E-Commerce based customers
Requirements:
Minimum Graduation
Excellent English Communication Skills
Can speak English fluently
Can work from 1 PM to 10 PM PAK Time
Experienced candidates are preferred
Having an E-Commerce background is preferred
